At the WWCDTC Scentwork trials, GP picked up his first Novice Buried leg and his final 2 Novice Exterior legs with a 2nd and 3rd placement.

October 2025

What do you do when you're almost 12 years of age?  You start a new sport - Scentwork.  At the AMCA National Specialty's first Scentwork trial, GP made his debut in Novice Exterior and Novice Interior.  He took 1st and 2nd place respectively.  He also competed in the weight pull for the last time at a National.  We let him do 1,440# in both the Regional and the National so he felt a part of the team. 

AMCW 2023-2024 weight pull season 

GP retired from competitive weight pulling by taking 5th place in the 81-100# class.  He was the oldest dog in the class by a few years. 

October 2023

GP finished his Rally Excellent title by earning his last two legs at the AMCA Regional and National Specialties. He took first place in both!

December 2022

GP finished his Open Jumpers Preferred Title!

GP finished his Novice Agility Jumpers title!

AMCW 2020-2021 Weight pull season

GP placed 2nd in the competitive 81-100# class. His half brother Tuuli won and his other half-brother Chrome was 4th.

AMCA 2016 National week in Colorado Springs

GP earned his first two WWPDX legs in the Regional and National weight pulls and narrowly beat out his mother LUCY in the Regional pull for 3rd place in the 61-80# class. He pulled 25.95 times his body weight and set a new personal best.
