Zenny is 24.5" and 75# at 6 years of age
Bolt caught our eye early when he was showing against Pickle and Nanner. He's a solid dog and good on his feet. I feel his pedigree should be compatible with what we're working with here. Anticipating the obvious question: They will not produce any white puppies because Zenny does not carry the color but puppies will be carriers.
9/2026 - AVAILABLE:
7 month old neutered male long coat puppy
The perfect home for him will be experienced, have an adult medium to large dog, and understand that a long coat takes additional grooming.
Unsure how he is with cats. Prefer no small dogs because he likes some but not others.
He is pretty well trained but I will require, as usual, any home bringing in one of my puppies to take him to obedience classes for at least 16 weeks. He is housebroken. Very sweet. Takes cookies -amazingly- gentle. Fully vetted - vaccinated and microchipped. COULD be a good Rally obedience or scentwork dog but at least we just want a good home for him.
If interested, fill out the application above and please indicate that you are interested in Ham.
I am willing to mentor puppy people interested in dog sports and getting into dog shows.
We occasionally have puppies available.
Since I search extensively for just the right pairing and my girls have "other lives" outside of having puppies, we may or may not have annual breedings.
Litter announcements will be posted on this page only. Puppies are NOT placed on a first come first served basis, puppies go only to approved homes and they are placed based upon what you plan to do with them (showing, working, performance events, companion). It would not make sense to put a higher drive dog into a home who doesn't plan to work them, nor would it make sense to put a pretty mellow dog into a home where the people want to participate in dog sports.
We breed to the AKC standard and in accordance with the AMCA code of ethics. Our dogs are typically between 60 and 110lbs, between 23 and 26 inches at the shoulder, a very natural range. We breed for a well rounded dog, one who is at home in the show ring, the harness, and anywhere else he/she goes. We do not breed for color, enormous size, or any other single trait.
While we encourage forever homes, if any of our puppy people are unable to keep their dog, we care about what happens to our dogs and will always take our dogs back!
Interested in getting into showing dogs, working, or performance? We LOVE those homes and are absolutely willing to work with the right people.
International folks: Due to some issues in sending dogs overseas, we will require references, preferably mutual friends, before we consider sending a dog. People we already know well AND have spent time with in person need not provide references.
ADDITIONALLY: We require the puppy to travel accompanied overseas. We will NOT work with any shippers. Ever. Puppies must leave before 7 months of age, no exceptions.
